Enable early exit option

Too much heat? Cool down with a glass of milk. Exit sessions early when you're stuck or frustrated (minimum 10 minutes worked).

Testing Mode ⚡

Use shortened timers for testing

ON: 30-second work sessions, 10-second milk timer (for quick testing)
OFF: Full 25-minute work sessions, 10-minute milk timer (production)

Special Features 🔥

🔥 Flow Mode

In the zone and don't want to stop? Activate Flow Mode to keep working past your timer. Your break will extend proportionally, so you stay refreshed without interrupting deep focus.

🥛 Glass of Milk

Too much heat? Exit early when you're stuck or frustrated (after 10 minutes minimum). Better to take a break and reset than burn out!

🧠 ND Mode (Neurodiversity Mode)

Structured sessions designed for ADHD and autistic brains:

  • Dopamine Priming: 10-min warm-up before work
  • Degrading Rewards: Breaks get shorter to maintain momentum
  • Mandatory Physical Breaks: Movement to help regulation
  • Bio-Check Reminders: Quick body awareness prompts
  • Reset Breaks: 4-min emergency resets (10-min budget)

Visual Warnings

Time-sensitive notifications without jarring interruptions:

AI-optimized scheduling. Tell it your time budget and task count, and it calculates the optimal work/break split.

🎯 Manual Mode

Full control. Add individual pomodoros with custom work/break times. Build your perfect session from scratch.

🧠 ND Mode

Neurodivergent-friendly structure. Pre-built sessions with dopamine priming, degrading rewards, physical breaks, bio-checks, and safety features.
